Frequently asked questions

How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order in our Clonlara workshop. We dispatch within 2–3 working days, and An Post tracked delivery usually arrives 1–2 days after that. If you have a deadline, pop it in your order notes and we'll confirm we can meet it.
Can I use my own photo or design?
Absolutely — that's what we're all about! When you add a product you'll see an "Add a photo" option. For anything more bespoke, use the custom request form and attach your images.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay — or cash on collection from our workshop in Clonlara. All online payments are processed securely.
Can I collect my order?
Yes — choose Click & Collect at checkout (free) and we'll email you when it's ready, usually within 2–3 working days. We're in Coolistigue, Clonlara, Co. Clare.
What if I'm not happy with my item?
Because every item is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — but if anything arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, we'll re-make or refund it, no fuss. Your happiness is genuinely our priority.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
We do — wedding favours, birthday party bags, corporate gifting, sports clubs and more. Send us a custom request with your quantities and we'll put together a package price.

A small workshop with a big love for meaningful gifts

Castle Customs started at a kitchen table in Clonlara with one engraving machine and a simple idea: the best gifts aren't the most expensive ones — they're the ones that couldn't be for anyone else.

Today we personalise thousands of gifts a year — mugs, frames, jewellery, candles and one-off creations — each one made to order, checked by hand and wrapped with care before it leaves Co. Clare.
